The Beef & Steak Rub of Qking is a balanced mix of Volterra salt, very high quality spices and aromatic herbs, created and fine tuned to give flavour to all your culinary preparations. The Rub is a characteristic and highly distinctive feature of the American barbecue and of all high heat cooking. Only after having learned in depth the secrets and concepts were we able to mix its ingredients, adapting the taste to our Mediterranean palate. The Salt of Volterra, the coarse black pepper and the sweet paprika skilfully balanced. The aromatic notes characteristic of garlic and cumin to best draw out the flavour of all cuts of beef, steaks, red meat in general.
