Meat Rolling Tool
Meat rolling tool. Our own sandwich and meat roll making tool. Can be used from both sides (side A and side B). Side A: 2 spaces. Spread out the Perlafol food paper and place the minced meat mixed with the special Alimenta mix in the appropriate spaces. Cover with the Perlafol sheet and roll out with rolling pin (EJ0810). Makes two layers of ground meat approximately 6 mm thick. Stuff one of the two sides as desired, turn the remaining one over the stuffed one and roll up, resulting in a meatloaf of about 1kg. Side B: 5 spaces. Spread out the Perlafol food paper and place the minced meat mixed with the special Alimenta mix in the appropriate spaces. Cover with the Perlafol sheet and roll out with rolling pin (EJ0810). Stuff half the space as desired; fold and cut into triangles. The final sandwich weighs about 120 grams.
